Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?

A:After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

 

Q: How about your package of products? Are they safe? 

A: We use double corrugated box and wooden crates package, so the whole package is very strong. Meanwhile, our loading workers have 23 years of container loading experience to ensure that your freight is loaded safely and well-arranged. Moreover, we will send the loading pictures for you after loading. 

 

Q: How many mirrors can be loaded in the 40HQ container? And how many mirrors can be loaded in the 20GP container?

A: If we calculate according to the size of 80*60 mirror, our package is 6 pieces in one carton, so one 40HQ container can load 450 cartons, that is around 2700 pieces; one 20GP container can load 190 cartons, that is around 1146 pieces.

 

Q: How long do you need to produce one 40HQ container of mirrors? And how about the delivery time?

A: We can produce 120-150 cartons of mirrors of various types in one day, so a 40HQ container of mirrors only take 4 days. However, we need to customize your marks and logo, purchase different materials according to your requirement, and schedule the orders by our producing department, therefore, the delivering time will be 40-45 days after we receive your deposit.

 

Q: Since the mirror is fragile glass, how do you deal with the breakage?

A: During the loading of container, we will take pictures to record the process of loading and the sealing number. When the goods arrive at your warehouse, please check whether it still remains the sealing number. In case of breakage, if the sealing number is matched, please send us the breakage photo together with the container photo, we will compensate it free of charge for you in the next shipment. Otherwise, we will negotiate with you to deal it.
